60 Hour Pre-License Class

The 60 hour pre-license class is required by the state of Alabama before you can sit for the state real estate exam. Some schools offer this 60 hour course over a 3 month or 15 week period - TOO LONG!

b) be at least 19 years of age when sitting for the real estate exam,
c) be a U.S. and Alabama resident Citizen,
d) not have had a real estate license suspended or revoked in the last 2 years,

Refund Policy: Cancellations received 2 weeks before class start date will receive 100% refund of class tuition. Cancellations received 7 to 14 days prior to class start date shall receive 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days from class start date shall receive no refund.
