60 Hour Pre-License Class

The 60 hour pre-license class is required by the state of Alabama before you can sit for the state real estate exam.

If you are SURE you want to attend the class, and to insure that your application is accepted in a timely manner, it is highly recommended that you make your payment for the class as soon as possible.

Applications we receive that have been pre-paid are given a higher priority over applications that are mailed in with a check or money order. Should you Pre-pay and your application be declined, you will be issued an immediate refund.

a)have a high school diploma or GED equivalent,
b) be at least 19 years of age when sitting for the real estate exam,
c) be a U.S. and Alabama resident Citizen,
d) not have had a real estate license suspended or revoked in the last 2 years,

Refund Policy: Cancellations received 2 weeks before class start date will receive 100% refund of class fee. Cancellations received 7 to 14 days prior to class start date shall receive 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days from class start date shall receive no refund.
