"You could not ask for a better two-week real estate licensing course. This class was taught by a knowledgeable instructor, who not only knew the material--he knew how to teach the material. It was a lively, entertaining class that was full of pertinent information. All of the material was explained, reviewed, and reinforced by the instructor and the homework and quizzes were beneficial as well. The in-class exercises really reinforced the information; you are actually learning this stuff and didn’t even realize it at the time. When it came time for the tests, the students knew the information and were not intimidated by the pre-license test and felt that they were ready for the State exam.

"To all those interested in becoming agents, My name is Kim Starnes and I have been an agent now for 4 years. I went through the two week course that is taught at Real Estate Success Institute with Mike Carraway and it was the best thing I ever did. I could not fathom the idea of taking night classes for 6 months with some of the other real estate schools, nor did I want to try to read it online and have no one to answer my questions when they arose. I decided to give the two week class a try and believe you me, you learn everyting you need to know and spend half the time doing it. At first I was afraid that it may be too much information to learn in such a short period of time, but really learning it in two weeks is the way to do it. When I first started your class I was not convinced that I could retain all that information in such a short period of time. But as the class went on and with the truly candid conversations we all had, it brougt a lot of information home. I was comfortable and confident enough about the 3rd day to go ahead and schedule my test for the Monday after the class ended and I passed the very first time. My suggestion to others would be not to wait along period of time to take the test after you finish up with your 2weeks course because it is alot of information to retain but I am so glad that I went ahead and got it over with. You can't beat the time frame nor the amount of material covered. I AM A BELIEVER. Thanks alot!"
